Property Fund Creation

Hunter Advisers has been involved in the conception, implementation and launch of innovative Property Funds in the UK and overseas.

These have recently included Rynda en Primeur, a Fund investing primarily in French provincial property; and Yatra Capital Limited, a company investing into Indian real estate and listed on Euronext in Amsterdam.

The Hunter role includes analysis of the concept and its viability, structuring advice, and support with capital raising. If appropriate we can also participate in the ongoing governance of the Fund, either in a Board or Investment Committee capacity.

Our experience extends to public and private markets and is generally, but not exclusively, focused on institutional products.
